Yes, all of our products are vegan and cruelty-free.  As a company, we do not condone animal testing, in fact we are Leaping Bunny-certified.  In that regard, we will only work with vendors that follow the same principles as us.

All our products are suitable for all skin types.  We do not have any known irritants in any of our products.

Orders placed on our website will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail shipping confirmation to the e-mail address provided at purchase.

Shipping is free within the continental United States.  Please note that we do not currently ship to freight forwarding locations, PO Boxes, Military (AFO/FPO).

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please let us know and we will be happy to assist.  E-mail us at support@sentielskin.com within 30 days of purchase.  For reasons of health and safety we will only be able to offer a refund on unused items, no exceptions.  Once we receive your package, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 8-10 business days.
